Skin Diver (apnea)Â Â Â
It is a mini-course designed to provide a simple and useful training program for those interested in apnea.It serves as a means of increasing the acquatic and ends with a PADI certification.
The theoretical part of the course includes information on the equipment, technical diving, environment, problem management and safe practices to the local skin diving. The part of training in free waters, including the techniques of dressing the equipment, the entry in water, buoyancy control, the used of fins on the surface, emptying the snorkel and the execution of dives from the surface (upside down).
The course objectives are:
1. Make practical application of specific techniques to skin-dive
2. Have fun while the students gain confidence in their abilities in apnea, gaining experience and developing experience
OVERVIEW OF COURSE, the program includes:Â
Equipment: fins, mask, snorkel, wetsuit, jacket.
Prerequisites: minimun age 8 years old
Included: equipment and excursion to the islands of the National Park
Cost of the course: 50 €
La parte teorica del corso comprende informazioni sull'attrezzatura, tecniche dell'immersione, l'ambiente, gestioni dei problemi e pratiche di sicurezza per le locali immersioni in apnea. La parte di addestramento in acqua, comprende le tecniche di vestizione dell'attrezzatura, le entrate in acqua, il controllo dell'assetto, il pinneggiamento in superficie, lo svuotamento dello snorkel e l'esecuzione di immersioni dalla superficie (capovolte).
Gli obiettivi del corso sono:
1. Fare applicazione pratica di tecniche specifiche per immergersi in apnea
2. Far divertire gli allievi mentre acquisiscono confidenza nelle loro abilità in apnea, sviluppando giudizio ed acquistando esperienza
